About Iko

Building performance, sustainability, low-carbon design and AI & data science with the limits kept visible.

Iko Tambaya is a UK-based professional working across building performance, sustainability, low-carbon design, AI and data science, with right to work in the UK. His work connects energy modelling, carbon evidence, environmental data and digital products, with attention to what the evidence can prove and what still needs judgement.

A cross-domain technical profile

Iko's foundation is in Building Technology and sustainable built-environment design, strengthened by an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. That mix shapes the work: physical building behaviour, data quality, model validation and technical communication are treated as connected problems.

Recent experience spans building-performance product development at Urbis Consulting, carbon and sustainability research with Eco Centre UK, building-emissions data work with Green Building Council Nigeria, and infrastructure delivery support for Kaduna State Government.

The thread is not novelty. Whether the output is an IES VE model, a dashboard, a carbon calculation or a machine-learning workflow, the assumptions and limitations need to be clear enough for someone else to challenge them.
